Pets at Home Group Plc has executed a share buyback, purchasing 150,000 of its Ordinary Shares at prices ranging from 300.80 to 306.60 GBp per share, with the shares slated for cancellation. This move will leave the company with 465,177,396 Ordinary Shares, thereby also setting the new total voting rights figure. The buyback is part of a previously announced programme, executed through Deutsche Numis.
