Pets at Home Group Plc has executed a share buyback, purchasing 100,000 Ordinary Shares at prices ranging from 306.80 to 312.20 GBp per share, with a volume weighted average price of 309.0751 GBp. The repurchased shares will be cancelled, reducing the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue to 464,660,259, which will also be the new total voting rights figure. This move is part of the company’s Share Buyback Programme announced earlier and is in line with regulatory disclosure requirements.
