Pets at Home (GB:PETS) has released an update.
Pets at Home Group Plc has successfully executed a share buyback program, purchasing 100,000 of its own ordinary shares at prices ranging from 304 to 314 GBp per share, with the volume-weighted average price being 308.9730 GBp. These shares will be cancelled, reducing the total number of outstanding shares to 464,760,259, which also represents the company’s total voting rights post-transaction.
