Pets at Home (GB:PETS) has released an update.
Pets at Home Group Plc has actively engaged in its share buyback program, purchasing 175,000 Ordinary Shares at prices ranging from 288.60 to 300.00 GBp per share. The average price paid per share was 293.8085 GBp. These transactions lead to the cancellation of the acquired shares, subsequently reducing the number of shares in circulation to 464,205,259, which is also the total number of voting rights available.
