Petrox Resources Corp. has announced a proposed private placement of convertible debentures ranging from $250,000 to $350,000, with plans to consolidate its common shares on a 10:1 basis, subject to shareholder and TSX Venture Exchange approval. The company also announced the expiry of its non-binding letter of intent with SSGE Bio-Energy Company Limited, which will allow trading of Petrox shares to resume.
