Petrofac Limited has announced the extension of its forbearance agreement concerning the non-payment of interest on its senior secured notes, pushing the deadline from August 23 to September 20, 2024. This agreement involves around 47% of noteholders and provides Petrofac with additional time to progress with its financial restructuring.
