PetroChina Company Limited has announced an extraordinary general meeting scheduled for November 14, 2024, at the V-Continent Wuzhou Hotel in Beijing. Shareholders will vote on the election of Ms. Liu Xiaolei as an independent non-executive director. Shareholders must register their H shares by October 14, 2024, to attend and vote at the meeting, with all related documentation required in advance for both A and H shareholders.
