PetroChina Company Limited has successfully held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 2023, where all proposed resolutions were passed except one that was withdrawn. Shareholders were informed about the final dividends for the year and the new appointment of the Chairman of the Supervisory Committee. The AGM, led by Chairman Mr. Dai Houliang, was conducted in Beijing and is in compliance with the PRC Company Law and the company’s Articles of Association.
