PetroChina Company Limited has announced an interim dividend of RMB 0.22 per share for the first half of the financial year ending 31 December 2024, with a payment date set for 28 October 2024. The dividend will be paid to shareholders at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.0924, resulting in an equivalent of HKD 0.24033 per share. The company also outlined the withholding tax rates for shareholders, which are 10% for non-resident enterprises and individuals from countries with tax agreements with China, and 20% for individuals from countries without such agreements.
