PetroChina Company Limited has announced its 2024 first extraordinary general meeting to be held on November 14, 2024, in Beijing. The meeting will address the appointment of KPMG Huazhen LLP and KPMG as domestic and international auditors and the election of Ms. Liu Xiaolei and Mr. Yan, Andrew Y as independent non-executive directors.
