Petrobras Global Finance B.V., a subsidiary of Petrobras, has entered into an underwriting agreement with major financial institutions to issue $1 billion in 6.000% Global Notes due 2035. The notes are guaranteed by Petrobras and will be registered under the Securities Act of 1933.
