The total shareholder remuneration for 2024, including dividends, interest on equity, and share buybacks, is expected to reach R$ 75.8 billion. The distribution will occur in two installments in May and June 2025, with adjustments based on the Selic rate, reflecting Petrobras’ commitment to financial sustainability and shareholder value.
