KPMG Auditores Independentes has acknowledged their awareness of the use of their report in the Registration Statements of Petrobras and Petrobras Global Finance B.V. The report in question, dated August 8, 2024, reviews the interim financial information of Petrobras and is referenced under U.S. Securities Act rule provisions but is not part of the Registration Statements as prepared or certified by the accounting firm.
