Petro Matad Limited, the Mongolian oil exploration company, has announced that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on April 30, 2024, at 4.00 p.m. local time in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. Shareholders can attend the AGM in person at the Blue Sky Tower or participate online through a link provided by the company. Additionally, a recording of the AGM will be made available on the company’s website, and shareholders are invited to submit questions via email prior to the event.
