Petratherm Ltd has announced the discovery of high-grade Titanium-rich heavy mineral sands at its Muckanippie Project in South Australia, with sample grades ranging between 10% to 50% TiO2 over two large areas. Titanium is recognized as a critical mineral for its applications in various technologies and the global market is expected to grow significantly by 2030. The company is embarking on a 4000-metre drilling program to further explore the extent and grade of the mineralization, which is strategically located near existing railway infrastructure for potential low-cost market access.
