Petratherm Ltd has announced a new securities issuance, proposing the issue of over 74 million ordinary fully paid shares through two separate offerings, including a securities purchase plan and a placement or other type of issue. The securities purchase plan will close on October 8, 2024, while the placement is proposed for an earlier issue date of September 23, 2024.
