PetMed Express Enhances Director Incentives and Elects Board

On August 8, 2024, PetMed Express, Inc. shareholders, following the Board’s recommendation, approved the 2024 Omnibus Incentive Plan, aimed at enhancing non-employee director compensation through restricted stock unit awards, among other updates. This plan was part of the discussions at the Annual Meeting, where shareholders also elected six director nominees, endorsed executive compensation, and ratified the appointment of RMS US LLP as the independent auditor for the fiscal year 2025, demonstrating active shareholder involvement in the company’s governance and future direction.
