Peter Warren Automotive Holdings has announced a planned board transition, with long-serving Non-Executive Chair John Ingram set to retire as chair and director on 30 June 2026 after steering the company through its IPO and a period of significant growth and acquisitions. Executive Director Paul Warren will assume the role of Executive Chair from 1 July 2026 without a change in remuneration, while Lead Director Niran Peiris will become Deputy Chair and Lead Independent Director and will continue to chair the Audit and Risk Committee.
The company emphasised that Paul Warren’s new role will focus on strategic oversight, governance and major projects, leaving day-to-day management and strategic execution in the hands of Chief Executive Andrew Doyle and his executive team. In a further governance move, retiring CFO Victor Cuthell will remain as Company Secretary on a part-time basis, with management stressing that the refreshed leadership structure is designed to maintain strong corporate governance and support the next phase of growth for the expanding dealership group.
