Peter Bull has resigned from ADENTRA Inc.’s Board after 11 years, reducing his share ownership for personal financial reasons while still retaining a 9.8% stake in the company. Bull expressed his ongoing confidence in ADENTRA’s future and remains invested as a significant shareholder. ADENTRA, a major distributor of architectural building products in North America, continues its operations across 85 facilities.
