Peruvian Metals Corp. has announced an expected delay in filing its annual financial statements due to difficulties its auditors faced in obtaining necessary information from local auditors in Peru. The company is now receiving the required documentation and anticipates completing the filings by August 16, 2024. Meanwhile, they have applied for a management cease trade order that would restrict trading by certain company executives.
