Personas Social to Divest Peeks Platform, Focus on Keek

Personas Social Incorporated is set to sell its Peeks Social platform to Mii.TV for $4.54 million, with conditions including partial upfront payment and the balance over three years, subject to the platform’s continued operation. The sale is a related party transaction involving shared leadership, requiring disinterested shareholder approval and various regulatory approvals. Post-sale, the company plans to focus on developing the Keek Social platform.
