Personas Social Incorporated is set to sell its ‘Peeks Social’ platform to Mii.TV for $4.54 million, with the transaction including both immediate payments and structured payouts over the next 36 months. The deal, structured with both cash and assumption of liabilities, is contingent on various approvals and may be adjusted in case of operational interruptions.
