The responsibilities previously held by Verma will be assumed by Executive Vice President and Senior Management Personnel Nitha Puthran, who joined the company on 2 January 2026, suggesting a planned leadership transition intended to ensure continuity in the Serviceline business unit’s operations and minimise disruption for stakeholders.
