Persimmon Plc has announced the appointment of Paula Bell as an Independent Non-Executive Director, starting 1 September 2024, and as Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee from 1 October 2024. Bell brings a wealth of experience from senior roles in large UK listed companies, including Spirent Communications and John Menzies Plc. The company also acknowledges the departure of Shirine Khoury-Haq, who will step down to focus on her position at The Co-operative Group.
