Persimmon PLC has announced that as of June 30, 2024, the company’s issued share capital comprises 319,840,931 ordinary shares, each with voting rights. Shareholders can use this total count as a reference point to determine if they need to declare changes in their stake in the company. Notably, Persimmon holds no treasury shares, meaning the total number of voting rights equals the number of shares.
