Shirine Khoury-Haq has announced her departure from her role as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Persimmon Plc, effective from 30 September 2024, due to her commitments as Chief Executive of The Co-operative Group. The company is actively seeking a replacement to fill her position and chair the Audit & Risk Committee. Persimmon’s Chairman, Roger Devlin, expressed his gratitude for Khoury-Haq’s contributions and wished her success in her future endeavors.
