Perseverance Metals Inc ( (TSE:PMI) ) has issued an announcement.
Perseverance Metals has expanded its Voyageur nickel-copper-precious metals project in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula by leasing 1,286 hectares of highly prospective ground from Keweenaw Land Association, bringing its total land position in the region to 69,275 hectares and consolidating holdings around drill targets analogous to Lundin Mining’s nearby Eagle mine, which are slated for testing in the first half of 2026. The company also reported that assay results from its 2025 Lac Gayot drilling campaign in Québec, including multiple massive sulphide intersections from the Baseline discovery, remain pending, and that all matters at its December 5 annual general meeting — including the election of directors, approval of its equity incentive plan and the appointment of De Visser Gray as auditor — were passed with unanimous or near-unanimous shareholder support, underscoring strong backing for its exploration strategy across its critical minerals portfolio.
