Perseus Mining Invests in Predictive Discovery

Predictive Discovery Limited (AU:PDI) has released an update.

Perseus Mining Limited has strategically acquired a 13.82% stake in Predictive Discovery Limited, an emerging mineral development company with the key Bankan Gold Project in Guinea, West Africa. This investment by Perseus is part of a capital management strategy aimed at material growth, leveraging their significant cash and bullion reserves of US$587 million. Perseus is also advancing its own Nyanzaga Gold Project in Tanzania and operating three gold mines, with no current intentions to take over Predictive.
