Perpetual Resources Shifts Focus to Brazil

Perpetual Resources Ltd. (AU:PEC) has released an update.

Perpetual Resources Ltd has decided to place its Beharra silica sand project on hold due to unfavorable market conditions and high iron content in its sand, which doesn’t meet the premium category for the solar panel glass market. Instead, the company will minimize expenses on the Beharra project and shift its focus to promising exploration prospects in Brazil, where recent sampling has shown encouraging results. The company will resume Beharra’s development if silica sand market conditions improve.
