Perpetual Limited has appointed Mr. Paul Ruiz as a Non-Executive Director and future Chair of their Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee, succeeding Mr. Ian Hammond. Ruiz brings a wealth of experience from his current and past board roles, including his time as an audit partner at KPMG, and is equipped with extensive expertise in the financial services sector.
