Perpetual Limited has announced significant changes to its Board as it sells off its Corporate Trust and Wealth Management divisions to focus solely on asset management. Chairman Tony D’Aloisio is set to retire following a transaction with KKR in early 2025, with Gregory Cooper taking over as Chairman. The company is also in the process of appointing a new Independent Non-Executive Director to their Board, as two of their long-serving members will retire at the upcoming AGM.
