Perpetual Energy Inc. is pleased to announce the successful election of its director nominees, as proposed in the management proxy circular, during its annual meeting of shareholders in Calgary. The five elected directors received overwhelming support, with each securing over 99.7% of the votes in favor. Perpetual, known for its diversified natural gas assets and undeveloped bitumen leases, continues to be a key player in the energy sector.
