Perpetua Resources Corp. (PPTA) has released an update.
Perpetua Resources Corp. has announced their 2023 full-year achievements, highlighting significant progress in their Stibnite Gold Project, aimed at establishing a key domestic source of antimony and developing a major gold mine while focusing on environmental restoration. The company’s milestones include a successful 75-day comment period for the project’s environmental impact statement, the addition to prominent Russell indexes, and the appointment of industry veteran Jon Cherry as President and CEO. Moreover, Perpetua secured substantial funding agreements, including a $24.8 million award under the Defense Production Act and a new royalty agreement that provided $8.5 million in cash from Franco-Nevada.
