Permex Petroleum Delays Annual Filings

Permex Petroleum Corp (TSE:OIL) has released an update.

Permex Petroleum Corporation has announced delays in filing its audited annual financial statements due to funding issues, leading to an extension of their management cease trade order (MCTO) until April 15, 2024. The company, which operates in the oil and gas sector across the Permian Basin of West Texas and the Delaware Sub-Basin of New Mexico, now expects to complete its annual filings by May 31, 2024. Permex has committed to issuing bi-weekly default status reports in compliance with regulatory guidelines until the filings are made.
