Permex Petroleum Addresses Filing Delay and MCTO

Permex Petroleum Corp (TSE:OIL) has released an update.

Permex Petroleum Corporation has announced that the delay in filing its annual financial statements and other related documents due to financial constraints has led to a management cease trade order (MCTO) by the British Columbia Securities Commission. The company is currently taking steps to engage its auditor and intends to file the required documents by March 29, 2024, following regulatory guidelines for reporting during a default. Permex reassures there has been no significant information changes since their last updates.
