Perk Labs Inc. has successfully completed a non-brokered private placement of units and convertible debentures, raising CAD $789,000 and $25,000 respectively. Each unit sold includes a common share and a warrant, while the debentures carry a 15% annual interest and are convertible into common shares. The funds raised will bolster the company’s working capital, payables, and employee salaries.
