Perk Labs (TSE:PERK) has released an update.
Perk Labs Inc. has announced an extension of the management cease trade order (MCTO) until July 4, 2024, due to delays in preparing its annual financial statements for 2023. While the MCTO restricts trading by the company’s CEO and CFO, it does not impact other shareholders’ ability to trade. The company is actively working with its auditors to complete the filings and will issue bi-weekly updates as per regulatory guidelines.
