Perk Labs Inc. has been hit with a cease trade order by the BCSC due to a delay in filing its annual financial statements, which has also led to a suspension of trading on the CSE. The company attributes the delay to challenges following a merger and resource constraints, but assures that the audit is in progress and operations continue unaffected.
