Perimeter Medical Imaging AI Launches $13.5M Private Placement

Perimeter Medical Imaging AI (TSE:PINK) has released an update.

Perimeter Medical Imaging AI, a commercial-stage med-tech firm, is raising about $13.5 million through a non-brokered private placement of common shares at $0.42 each. They’ve secured $9.7 million in expected proceeds from institutional investors, including a major commitment from their largest shareholder, Social Capital, who will gain rights to nominate board members. The funds will support working capital, technology commercialization, clinical studies, and general corporate activities.
