Perfect Group International Holdings Ltd. has announced the resignation of Mr. Lee Ka Wing as an independent non-executive Director and various committee roles effective 30 September 2024, citing his need to focus on other business commitments. In his stead, Ms. Ng Sin Kiu, with over 20 years of experience in legal practice and corporate finance, has been appointed to assume his positions on the same date. The company has expressed gratitude towards Mr. Lee for his contributions during his tenure.
