Perenti Limited has announced the application for quotation of nearly 9 million new ordinary shares, which will be held in trust for participants of the Perenti Incentive Rights Plan. These shares will eventually be allocated to the participants without consideration upon the vesting of rights. The application marks a new announcement for the company and is part of its ongoing efforts to incentivize and reward its employees.
