Perenti Global, a company involved in providing integrated mining services, reported its financial results for the half-year ended 31 December 2024. The company experienced a 6% increase in revenue from ordinary activities, reaching $1,730,356,000. However, the profit from ordinary activities after tax attributable to members decreased by 13.1% to $56,276,000 compared to the previous year. An unfranked interim dividend of 3.0 cents per share was announced, which marks an increase from the previous period’s 2.0 cents. The dividend reinvestment plan remains suspended, and the net tangible asset backing per ordinary share increased to $1.29 from $1.18, reflecting a slight improvement in asset value per share.
