Perenti Director’s Shareholdings Update

Perenti Global (AU:PRN) has released an update.

Mark Alexander John Norwell, a director at Perenti Global, has seen a change in his shareholdings as disclosed in the company’s latest regulatory filing. Norwell acquired 1,674,356 ordinary fully paid shares indirectly through the Perenti Incentive Rights Plan Trust, after the vesting of FY22 Performance Rights, with no cash consideration involved. Following this change, Norwell holds a total of 933,980 direct shares and 2,743,014 indirect shares in the company.
