Perennial Energy Holdings Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Si Zeyu as an independent non-executive Director, effective from 7 June 2024. With a background in coal mining and a bachelor’s degree in law, Mr. Si brings valuable industry experience to the board. His term is set for three years, subject to re-election, and he has confirmed his independence in accordance with the Listing Rules.
