Peppermint Innovation reported a pivotal March quarter as it shifts from platform development to full commercialisation of its regulated digital payments platform in the Philippines. The company operates the PCM wallet and bizmoto ecosystem, serving cooperatives and merchants via national payment rails, and continues to invest in scalability, security and person-to-merchant infrastructure to support rising transaction volumes.

During the period, Peppermint successfully rolled out its QRPh person-to-merchant receiving capability, secured a A$2.1 million strategic investment from Philippine payments sector partners, and resolved its dispute with Obsidian, clearing a path toward potential reinstatement to trading on the ASX. Operational metrics showed growing trust and usage, with PCM registered users up about 10% to 63,427 across 199 cooperatives, wallet prefunding reaching ₱210.95 million, and cumulative ATM-to-wallet transfers surpassing ₱733 million and 156,000 transactions, underscoring stronger transaction activity and recurring revenue potential.
