Pepper Money Limited has announced the issuance of 138,647 new ‘Employee STVR Restricted Rights’ securities, as part of its employee incentive scheme. These securities, which were issued on July 19, 2024, are unquoted and not intended to be traded on the ASX. The move reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to employee participation in company growth.
