Pental Ltd. has successfully sold its Consumer Products business for $60 million, returning $52.9 million to shareholders through capital returns and special dividends, despite a challenging FY24 with significant sales decline and economic headwinds. The company is actively rebranding and developing its Hampers with Bite business, focusing on B2B and B2C product expansion and a better online shopping experience, while remaining cautious about the future economic outlook.
