Pental Ltd. has successfully completed the sale of its Consumer Products division for $60 million, returning $52.9 million to shareholders through capital returns and special dividends. Despite a tough economic environment with high inflation and interest rate challenges impacting sales, which fell by 19%, the company saw a significant 169.8% increase in underlying net profit.
