PensionBee Group PLC has announced that key management personnel have sold a total of 5.6 million company shares to institutional investors, as part of efforts to increase institutional ownership and share liquidity. CEO Romi Savova, CTO Jonathan Lister Parsons, and Chair Mark Wood CBE remain significant shareholders after the sale, with Savova holding over 76 million shares, Parsons close to 12 million, and Wood approximately 2.5 million shares. The transactions took place on the London Stock Exchange at a price of £1.535 per share on June 21, 2024.
