PensionBee Group PLC has announced that Christoph J. Martin, the Chief Financial Officer and Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, acquired 35,000 ordinary shares at £0.001 each through the exercise of options under the company’s EMI Scheme. Martin’s total interest in the company now stands at 969,112 ordinary shares. The transaction, which took place outside of a trading venue, is in line with the UK Market Abuse Regulation requirements.
